Office Manager

We’re currently looking to hire a Full-Time Officer Manager at our Boerne location (5C1) : 5 days a week, workdays may vary some weekends included. Hours can be somewhat flexible. 

Start date will be asap and training will be paid. A basic knowledge of aviation is a must.

This is a customer service role and the right individual will have the following attributes:

- organizational skills

- communication skills

- aviation knowledge 

- desire to learn

-Multitasking abilities a must

Duties will include:

- dispatching flight lessons

- giving flight school tours

- maintaining the professional appearance flight school

- light housekeeping duties as needed

Starting pay will be $15/hour and can go up to $20/hour after full training and performance reviews are completed.  Note…This is not a summer job, nor temporary, we are looking for serious inquiries only.
